Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We provide international shipping, with order delivery typically taking 20 to 25 business days.

For custom orders or product alterations, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. Our goal is to ensure delivery within 20 to 25 days, and we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Sale Items Policy

Items marked as "On Sale" or discounted on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during our promotional "Sale" period and credit notes previously issued cannot be exchanged for sale items.

Discounted merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Sizes 2XL and above are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund and Return Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel an order, even if payment has been received. This may occur due to insufficient stock or if the quality of the ordered items does not meet our standards. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days through their original payment method.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are committed to finding a solution. The Mitesh products can be exchanged within 14 days for a different size or a product of equal or higher value.

To ensure a successful exchange, please ensure that the Mitesh products are returned in good condition, with the labels intact. You are responsible for the safe return of all items to The Mitesh. We recommend using a courier service with tracking. Please note that once products have been exchanged, they are no longer eligible for return.

Please note, discounted items or custom orders with alterations cannot be returned or exchanged. 

At The Mitesh, we strive to deliver products of the utmost quality. However, similar to most natural textiles, our fabrics are susceptible to natural wear, abrasion, stretching, shrinkage, fading, and dye-lot variations.

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product. In the rare instance that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it for an exchange. The merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Our customer care team at The Mitesh will review your request and determine the best course of action.

 OUTSIDE INDIA 

Regarding international orders, returns and exchanges are not allowed except in specific circumstances. These circumstances include when the product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item you originally ordered.
