This page sets out how buying from The Mitesh works. It is a plain summary of our actual practice and is not a substitute for legal advice — it should be reviewed by a solicitor before the store opens for real orders.

Who we are

The Mitesh is a clothing label based in Mumbai, India. Pieces are cut and sewn at our own workshop from cloth sourced in Kutch and Bhuj.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Placing an order

Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Sizes and made to measure

Stock sizes run from S (36) to 4XL (48); measurements are published on the size guide and are taken on the garment, laid flat. Anything outside that run is cut to your own measurements. Made-to-measure pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the measurements you supplied.

Handmade variation

Cloth is hand-block-printed, hand-painted or hand-embroidered depending on the piece. Small differences in print placement, colour and weave are a property of the process, not a fault, and are not grounds for return.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password to yourself.
