At The Mitesh, every piece is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy before you place an order.

Shipping

• Free shipping across India. No minimum order value.
• Prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay with UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets at checkout.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days. Your order is prepared, quality-checked and packed in this time before it is dispatched.
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India.
• Total time from order to delivery: about 9–15 business days.

When your order ships, we will send you an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details.

Delays caused by courier disruptions, public holidays, weather or remote pin codes are rare, but they can happen. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us.
